We are looking to recruit a Social Channels / Customer Care Advisor to work with one of our clients on a full-time basis initially on a 3-month renewable contract.

The ideal candidate needs to provide a strong work ethic in social and digital media. Working in a dynamic environment, the chosen candidate must ensure that online customer satisfaction is always the top priority.

Job requirements

  • Knowledge and ideally work experience in social and digital media.

  • Ideally in possession of a diploma in digital marketing or related area.

  • Customer care skills.

  • A' level in Marketing will be considered an asset but not a must.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English.
