QA Specialist

Amino Chemicals Ltd. is part of Aba Chemicals Corporation, Shanghai who provides custom manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnological and agrochemical industries worldwide. Amino Chemicals is an active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturer that has been developing innovative and proprietary processes since 1993.

We are looking for a dynamic person to fill the position of QA Specialist.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and in a cGMP quality control laboratory


• Have a first degree in Chemistry


• Be fluent in English. Italian will be considered an asset

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following main duties in collaboration with the QA Manager:

• Approving master batch records and procedures that could have an impact on the quality of products


• Drafting all set of forms that are needed to document all work that has been completed


• Coordination and controlling the work of the QA / QC staff


• Informing and planning training for all company personnel


• Planning annual training for the QA / QC (including training for internal audits)


• Performing internal audits


• Managing customer claims and returns


• Reviewing of batch records


• Write annual quality reviews


• Managing the deviations and the changes regarding the analytical method of analysis, production process and updating of documents
