The Administration and Procurement Specialist is responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks related to supplier correspondence and procurement processes. This includes managing communication with both existing and new suppliers, as well as processing purchase orders. The role also involves following up with local customers to ensure their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all correspondence with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

  • Process and manage purchase orders efficiently.

  • Follow up with local customers to address inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to management detailing procurement activities and customer interactions.

  • Maintain organized records of correspondence and transactions.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient operations.
