Sales Administrator

We are a dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering business with a diverse fleet operating worldwide.  Air X is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales team in Malta reporting directly to the Quote Analyst Manager.

Role
The primary responsibility of this position involves providing quotes for VIP chartered flights to our clients. This includes assessing client needs, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring that all quotations are accurate, competitive, and align with the highest standards of customer service.

Main Duties

• Quoting charter flights considering availability, operational restrictions and a good understanding of the operating costs.


• Coordinating confirmed flights with the Operations department and Flight Support.


• Defining and offering suitable alternative options in case of any operational restrictions.


• Maintaining up-to-date customer information and all customer interactions in the Company database.


• Checking prices with the Sales Management team.


• Adhere to relevant procedures.

Skills and Requirements

• Speak and write fluent English as well as have experience with formal business communication.


• Aviation background would be considered as an advantage.


• Experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word


• Proactive problem-solving approach


• Be a good team player and understand the necessity of keeping a dynamic working environment.


• Attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
