Acumum Corporate Services Limited in Malta is hiring, and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis at our centrally located office in Gzira.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and administration

  • First-line support, handling of incoming calls, and correspondence (post or email)

  • Handling queries by telephone and email and diverting queries as necessary

  • Greeting clients upon arrival and managing their needs

  • Controlling inventory relevant to reception such as postage stamps, boardroom supplies, etc

  • Providing general administrative and clerical support as required

  • Scheduling and management of meetings

  • Preparation of letters and standard forms

  • Handling of manual and electronic records, including processing, signed agreements including scanning, copying, and filing

  • General filing requirements

  • Preparation of invoices, reminders, and statements of account

  • Processing and posting incoming payments

  • Perform general secretarial and office duties


The job requires the following personal characteristics

  • You are well-organized and can work under pressure

  • You work well in a team and enjoy meeting people

  • You can work autonomously with limited supervision

  • You have good attention to detail

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are considered an asset)

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You are currently resident in Malta and eligible to work in the EU

  • You have your own means of transport

  • Ability to prioritise and work independently


Education and Experience

  • At least one year’s similar experience; further experience would be considered an asset

  • Proficient in IT, particularly in Microsoft Office applications

  • Completed any secretarial course or education to a high standard

  • Fluency in English is essential
