- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand recruiting needs.
- Source, screen, and interview recruiter candidates.
- Build a strong pipeline of talent.

- Agency recruitment experience is a plus but not required – we welcome career changers too!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented and able to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.

- Located in Malta (we consider EU candidates located abroad).
