We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially aware IT Manager to lead technology across our Group operations in Malta, Cyprus, and Greece.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for technology direction, operational excellence, architectural governance, vendor management, and cybersecurity — ensuring technology actively enables retail operations, new store openings, and international growth.

Job role

  • Leading and developing the IT function with clear standards, structure, and accountability.

  • Owning the technology roadmap, priorities, and delivery aligned to business strategy.

  • Ensuring reliable IT operations, service performance, and project delivery across all locations.

  • Governing architectural decisions with the Solutions Architect and ensuring successful implementation.

  • Managing vendors, technology budgets, governance, and third-party performance.

  • Driving SOPs, operational standards, and service consistency across countries.

  • Owning cybersecurity, data protection, risk, and compliance.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership or IT management role.

  • Experience leading technical teams and working with IT architects and third-party vendors.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and IT operations in multi-site environments.

  • Experience managing technology budgets and vendor contracts.

  • Strong decision-making, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Travelling to Greece and Cyprus will be required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Relevant certifications in IT service management, cybersecurity, or architecture will be a benefit.

Interested candidates are invited to submit their CVs. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
