Tumas Group is a renowned group of companies with over 50 years of local experience operating across different industries. The Group is involved in five main business segments namely corporate management services, property development and management, hospitality and leisure, transport and gaming.
An opportunity has arisen within Tumas Group’s Maintenance department for a full-time Administrative Clerk. Working in a dynamic environment, the selected candidate will perform a range of administrative duties to support the department’s operations.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Answer phone calls and direct messages as required.
Schedule appointments.
Input data.
File, scan and archive documents.
Update records and files on a regular basis.
Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Possess excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task.
Team player.
Attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Maltese and English.
Previous experience in an administrative role will be considered an advantage.
