Operations Manager

We are a dynamic Maltese company currently expanding our portfolio in collaboration with Hörmann, one of Europe’s leading brands in industrial, commercial and residential door solutions. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to take charge of daily operations and drive the next phase of expansion.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, installations, and after-sales activities.

• Learn, understand, and manage the technical aspects of the Hörmann product range, including garage doors, entrance doors, and industrial door systems.

• Provide estimates and quotations for clients.

• Coordinate teams, scheduling, and logistics for installation projects.

• Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Implement process improvements and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Eventually, take over full operational leadership from the current operations head.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or technical background (mechanical, electrical, or civil preferred).

• Computer literate including preferably with knowledge of ACAD and understanding of technical drawings.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Hands-on approach and willingness to learn technical systems.

• Previous experience in operations, project management, or installation-related fields will be considered an asset.

• Valid driving licence and fluency in English and Maltese are a must.
