Key responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects: Take the helm in driving cost reduction and manufacturing excellence initiatives using cutting-edge 6Sigma and Lean methodologies. Be the catalyst for transformative change in our operations.

• Optimise production and quality: Elevate process yields and machine uptime while ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining excellence across the board.

• Champion continuous improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, revolutionising our shop floor organisation with 5S and ensuring our engineering processes are always ahead of the curve.

• Introduce new technologies: Play a crucial role in the qualification and seamless integration of innovative processes and machinery, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.

• Drive safety and compliance: Lead efforts in maintaining rigorous Environment, Health, and Safety standards, ensuring compliance with ISO14001 and ISO45001. Your commitment to safety will protect and empower our team and operations.

What we are looking for

• Required: Degree level of education at MQF Level 6 or higher in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Desired: 2+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt training.

• Competent in Microsoft Office, Project, Access, and JMP.
