Bartender

The Villa Bologna Restaurant in Attard is an Italian restaurant offering classic Italian cuisine with friendly service in the beautiful gardens of Villa Bologna and is one of Malta’s leading restaurants.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Bartender with excellent cocktail-making skills and product knowledge. As a Bartender, you will look after your section, ensuring that it is efficient and productive.

Principal Responsibilities

• To assist in the day-to-day operations of The Villa Bologna Restaurant bar

• Preparing drinks before service

• Setting up and stocking the bar

• Preparing drinks to company standards

• Assisting with bar inventory, ordering and supplies

• Keeping the station clean and complying with food safety standards

Required Skills / Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a busy bar

• Can-do attitude

• Genuine passion for food and beverage

• Strong attention to details

• Ability to work under pressure

• Organised and reliable

• Fluent in English
