Responsibilities:

• Process payments efficiently and accurately while adhering to company policies.

• Provide courteous and professional service to all guests and assist with product inquiries.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked checkout and display area.

• Restock merchandise, beverages, and other essential items as required.

• Handle returns and exchanges promptly and professionally.

• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to the supervisor.

• Support overall store operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests throughout the night.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security standards.

• Prepare and serve food and beverage orders in accordance with quality standards.

The potential candidate will ideally possess the following skills and qualities:

• Previous experience in a cashier, retail, or customer service role preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and remain focused during night shifts.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards.

• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
