We are currently seeking a Risk & Fraud Manager to join our team.

Department: Risk and Fraud.

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a positive team culture. Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on the latest AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

  • Monitor and oversee payment processor implementations and changes to mitigate risks.

  • Work closely with the compliance team and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on fraud trends, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the department's strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, data analysis tools).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
