Excavator Operator

Ta Rdum Construction is an established group growing at a fast pace. We are now looking to recruit a Full-time Excavator Operator to strengthen, support and lead our existing team. 

Reporting to the General Manager, the primary role will be to assist the General Manager in construction-related services, making sure that all deadlines are met in a timely manner and liaising with consultants when necessary. 

This role calls for a dynamic individual who is eager to experience multiple areas and functions of the company to be able to grow within the group.    

The main responsibilities shall include, without limitation:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience operating excavators in construction, civil engineering, or related works.

•  Ability to safely and efficiently operate excavators of various sizes and types.

• Experience carrying out excavation, trenching, grading, earthmoving, and related site works.

• Good understanding of site safety procedures and safe machinery operation.

• Ability to carry out daily machinery checks and report any mechanical issues.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Relevant operator certification/licence will be considered an advantage.
