Sales Representative

The Sleep Studio is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with high-quality furniture and interior design products while building meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide expert product guidance tailored to their needs

• Support the sales team with administrative and sales-related tasks

• Track client orders and ensure timely delivery according to agreed timelines

• Develop and maintain strong client and supplier relationships through effective communication

• Create accurate quotations and manage customer order follow-ups

• Handle client inquiries and supplier communications via email and phone

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping clients

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Fluency in English (Maltese is advantageous)

• Minimum secondary-level education

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Previous sales experience is a plus

• Willingness to develop and grow with the company
