IT Support Executive

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Executive to join our team and provide technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with senior IT staff to maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems. A strong understanding of operating systems, hardware components, and network protocols is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT and desktop support via telephone, email, remotely, or on-site.

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, printers, servers, and other network equipment.

• Respond promptly to user requests for technical assistance and resolve issues in line with established procedures and SLAs.

• Offer end-user support for software applications, including email and communication tools.

• Document all technical support activities and update the knowledge base as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A+ IT Technician certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• IT-related diploma or higher certification is desirable.

• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.

• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems.

• Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.

• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

• A valid driving license is required.
