Maintenance Coordinator

Our hospitality group is growing, and we’re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to keep our properties safe, functional, and ready for every guest.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and assign maintenance jobs across our properties

• Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance

• Follow up with technicians and suppliers to ensure work is completed on time

• Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs

• Respond promptly to urgent issues affecting guests or operations

• Keep clear records of jobs, costs, and completed work

• Work closely with housekeeping and operations teams to keep properties guest-ready
