Technical Executive

We are looking for a Technical Executive to support our Pre-Sales and Engineering teams. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting technical and commercial bids for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. You should be accurate, technically competent, and able to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand project needs.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Public Address, etc.).

• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

• Work with internal teams and suppliers to gather technical data, prices, and product details.

• Create technical compliance sheets, system designs, equipment lists, and supporting documents.

• Attend site visits, and clarification sessions.

• Keep organised records of all tender documents and communication.

• Stay updated on ELV industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in ELV tendering, pre-sales quotations, or a similar role.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• MS Office skills: AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and time-management skills.
