Aviation Security Officer

Join our dynamic team at Malta International Airport as a Security Officer, where your focus will be on creating a safe, smooth and welcoming experience for all passengers. You’ll be the go-to person for guidance, reassurance and support throughout our passengers' airport journey. No experience is required, as dedicated on-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers with professionalism and care

• Respond confidently to emergencies, ensuring safety and calm

• Record key incidents and observations accurately

• Stay up to date through ongoing training and contribute ideas to enhance the passenger experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A customer service focussed mindset

• Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus

• Strong people skills and attention to detail

• Able to work shifts, including nights and weekends

• Must pass background checks and be physically fit for the role
