Contracting Executive

As a leading Incoming DMC, we are seeking to hire a motivated Contracting Executive to form part of the team, responsible for contracting local hotels and suppliers across Malta and Gozo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the travel industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and contracting with local accommodation providers and other suppliers

• Managing contract input and updates within the company’s systems

• Maintaining strong day-to-day communication with suppliers, including handling special requests and operational needs

• Assisting Tour Operators during the contracting process

• Managing non-bookable content and ensuring accuracy across systems

• Overseeing hotel inventory, availability, and procurement

• Negotiating seasonal offers, promotions, and special deals

• Conducting market research, rate comparisons, and business intelligence analysis

• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships

Requirements:

• Pleasant, professional, and confident personality

• Strong negotiation skills (face to face, phone, and email)

• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset

• Good level of computer literacy

• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and statistical skills

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role
