We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during nighttime hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience, maintaining security, and handling any issues that arise. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services and Operations
Act as the senior decision-maker during night hours, ensuring smooth hotel operations across all departments.
Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, ensuring exceptional service.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling queries, complaints, and special requests.
Oversee lobby cleanliness, security, and front desk organisation.
Process reservations, billing, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy according to the company’s finance policies.
Monitor all hotel systems and interfaces to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure accurate completion of night audits, financial reconciliations, and reporting.
Validate billing processes and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and communicate end-of-day financial summaries to management.
Security and Safety
Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, health and safety, and emergency procedures.
Report and address any maintenance, security, or safety issues immediately.
Administration and Communication
Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Communicate key updates to the morning team to ensure smooth handovers.
Support and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
Education and Certifications
Diploma in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
Requirements
Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
