Receptionist / Night Auditor

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist / Night Auditor to join a professional hospitality team in Malta.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Excellent command of English

• Knowledge of an additional EU language is an advantage

• Previous experience with PMS systems, preferably Opera

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional, organised, and reliable

• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay

• Managing check-ins and check-outs

• Handling guest requests and enquiries

• Completing night audit procedures and daily reports

• Managing reservations and payments

• Ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations

• Providing excellent guest service at all times
