At Powerhouse, we are looking for a passionate and highly organised Events Coordinator to lead the execution of memorable events.
If you have experience managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution, and have strong communication skills, this is your opportunity to be part of our amazing team.
What will you do?
Stakeholder coordination: You will be the key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, efficiently managing all parties involved in the event.
Effective communication: Assertive communication will be key. You will need to ensure that all expectations are clear and well-managed with clients and collaborators.
Ensuring delivery: You will need to work with teams and lead to deliver on client expectations during event execution, ensuring that all team members fulfil their responsibilities efficiently.
Sales support: You will assist the sales team in the quotation process to prospective clients and take over the relationship after the sale.

Confidence directing: To manage the team and suppliers during delivery and ensure the event runs smoothly as planned.
Organised and attentive to detail: Be organised and systematic, ensuring nothing is missed or is late in delivery. Able to manage multiple commitments at one go with ease and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills: In the event industry, unforeseen challenges arise. Your ability to make quick decisions and find solutions that do not compromise on expectations will be crucial.
Trustworthy person: Able to work with minimal supervision, taking care of the interests of the company at all times and leading the team by example.
Requirements:
Project management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the hospitality and events sector.
Comfortable with using technology and eager to learn and use new platforms.
Basic knowledge of AV technology is desirable. Training will be provided.
Must be eligible to work in Malta.
Available to work evenings and weekends when required.
What we offer:
A full-time position based in Malta.
Work will require daily in-person presence.
Gross annual salary between €24,000 - €27,000 commensurate with knowledge and experience + overtime.
