Real Estate Branch Manager

PAT Group is currently looking for a Real Estate Branch Manager. 

The chosen Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the branch, handling sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of Sales and Letting Specialists. 

• Actively participate in property sales / letting by conducting viewings and handling negotiations.

• Prepare lease agreements and register them with the Housing Authority. 

• Conduct property inspections. 

• Act as a point of contact, responding to queries and helping with issues promptly. 

Requirements: 

• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

• Self-motivated and flexible with a can- do attitude. 

Experience in estate or property management is an advantage.
