Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing a detailed Bill of Quantities according to market prices.

• Reviewing and taking off quantities from drawings.

• Carrying out regular inspections and necessary measurements on-site at all phases of the project.

• Evaluating quotations and requests for payments from third parties.

• Keeping track of costs during the implementation of the project.

• Liaising with different contractors/ entities regarding all matters relevant to quantity surveying.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of MQF/EQF Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Construction Engineering (Quantity Surveying), or an equivalent recognised qualification.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Quantity Surveying in construction; however, less experience may be considered.

• Strong knowledge of Maltese building regulations and construction practices.

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

• Has a valid driving license and personal transport.

• Proficient in the English language. Basic use of the Maltese language would be considered an asset.
