Showroom Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and interior-minded Sales Specialist to join our showroom team. You will consult with clients, guide them through our product ranges, build tailored solutions for their living spaces, and deliver a seamless experience from consultation through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors, understanding their aesthetic and functional needs.

• Prepare precise quotes, process orders, and proactively follow up on client leads.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our collections, materials, and custom options.

• Coordinate with logistics and administrative teams to track order fulfilment and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, commercial sales, or client management.

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills in English (Maltese fluency is highly advantageous).

• Keen eye for interior style, spatial design, and quality products.

• Strong organisational skills and reliable follow-through on client quotes and pipeline details.
