Cruise Operations Executive (Russian Speaking)

We are one of Europe’s top-selling B2B cruise distributors. We represent a number of international cruise lines, and our role is to distribute their cruises via travel agencies across 30 countries.

Role Overview

As a Russian-speaker, you shall form part of our Operations Team assisting travel agencies across Russian-speaking places such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Armenia. The job includes handling cruise bookings, assisting with technical support, processing payments, and issuing travel documents. The job includes interaction with travel agents via email and phone.

Due to the time difference and operational necessities, flexibility in working hours, even at times working on weekends, is a must even if the total weekly working hours shall be 40 hours.

You also need to be able to communicate well in English. Training would be provided to the right candidate.

This is a full-time position. Work is remote or hybrid.
