About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you will handle both day and night shifts on a roster basis, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance around the clock. You will be part of a dynamic front office team committed to delivering personalised and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest requests, queries, and reservations efficiently
Process payments and manage daily reporting tasks
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
Uphold Noru Hotel’s standards of hospitality and presentation
Requirements
Currently residing in Malta (applications from outside Malta will not be considered)
Previous experience in a 4-star hotel (or higher) front office role is essential
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages an asset)
Flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) preferred
A professional, well-groomed, and welcoming manner
