Spa Massage Therapist

Myoka Spas is looking for a skilled and motivated Spa Massage Therapist to join our team.

We are seeking a professional who is passionate about wellness, enjoys working with clients and can deliver high-quality treatments while contributing to the spa's overall performance.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Malta.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in massage therapy.

• ITEC qualification or an equivalent recognised certification.

• Experience in therapeutic, deep-tissue and relaxation massage treatments.

• Experience in beauty treatments and nail services would be considered an advantage.

• Good spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients, explain treatments and recommend suitable products and services.

• Good sales skills, with the ability to promote spa treatments, retail products, and additional services.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional massage treatments according to clients' needs and preferences.

• Provide personalised treatment recommendations and advice.

• Actively promote and sell spa treatments, retail products and additional services to achieve individual sales targets.

• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation in treatment rooms.

• Ensure a welcoming, relaxing and professional experience for every client.

• Support the Spa Management team with daily operations.

• Carry out other reasonable duties required for the smooth running of the spa.
