Multitude Bank, regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority, specialises in wholesale banking. As part of Multitude Group, it provides credit facilities and payment solutions to non-bank lenders and FinTechs, helping them scale operations. With a strong focus on security, innovation, and financial ecosystem growth, it plays a key role in Europe’s evolving digital finance landscape.
We are seeking an Investment Manager with sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial statements to strengthen our deal team. Partnering closely with relationship managers, you will evaluate complex financial statements, advance investment opportunities, and structure tailored solutions for our clients and partners.
This role is central to shaping Multitude Bank’s investment portfolio, ensuring profitable growth, and steering opportunities from origination through execution.

Your focus
Deal execution and strategy: Execute investment strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives and robust investment policy.
Financial analysis: Perform deep-dive balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L analysis to assess investment opportunities, risks, and structuring options.
Investment memoranda: Author high-quality Investment Memoranda covering financials, markets, and competitive dynamics for presentation to senior committees.
Stakeholder management: Engage with investee companies, negotiating terms, structuring deals, and managing post-investment relationships.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand in hand with relationship managers and internal teams to ensure seamless deal progression.
Risk and compliance: Ensure regulatory adherence, particularly AML standards, while maintaining disciplined risk assessments.
Market intelligence: Monitor economic trends, industry developments, and trading updates to guide investment decision-making.
Required skills and qualifications
5+ years of experience in private credit, financial advisory, deal structuring, asset management, or credit origination.
Proven expertise in company analysis, forecasting, financial modelling, and investment financing documentation.
Solid knowledge of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and credit risk assessment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
Strong stakeholder management, multi-tasking, and process improvement experience.
Familiarity with AI tools to optimize analysis, workflows, and team efficiency.
Willingness to travel for key client and investor meetings.
