We’re building the operating system for sales performance at Motileo. Our B2B Gamification Technology is already helping leading teams explode their KPIs with up to +180% KPI increase and up to 31% revenue growth.
Now, we’re scaling our Sales team in Malta. This is your chance to be part of something big, bold, and global.
Your Mission
Open conversations with prospects and book high-value appointments.
Core KPIs: outbound calls and booked appointments with qualified leads.
We’ll provide the leads. You make the calls and convert them into demo bookings.
Keep our CRM sharp, clean, and always up to date.
Collaborate with our dynamic international team.

Qualifications
Inside sales and sales skills.
Lead generation and business development experience.
Strong communication skills.
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
Ability to work effectively in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
