Chinese Cuisine Chef

Shoku Restaurant, located at Montekristo Estate, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chinese Cuisine Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes to a high standard.

• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and seasonings using appropriate Chinese cooking techniques.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.

• Manage food stock efficiently and minimise waste.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chinese Chef is essential.

• Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

• Good organisational and teamwork skills.
