As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our daily logistics operations.
Role Description
We are seeking a Logistics and Operations Assistant to join our team in Sliema on a part-time basis.
This is a hands-on operational role involving the collection, inspection, registration, preparation, and dispatch of high-value luxury products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling valuable items with exceptional care, ensuring that every product is accurately checked, documented, and prepared for delivery to the correct client.
Accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities

Receiving and inspection: Carefully open incoming parcels, inspect their contents, and verify that all items and accompanying documentation are correct.
Product registration: Accurately record received products, reference numbers, and relevant details in the company's internal records.
Order allocation: Match each received item to the correct client order, ensuring complete accuracy.
Packaging and dispatch: Carefully repack luxury products according to company standards, preparing secure and professional shipments for customers.
Shipment coordination: Prepare shipping documentation, track deliveries, and coordinate with DHL and other courier partners.
Team support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations from product arrival to final dispatch.
Candidate Profile

Highly organised, with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
Comfortable performing practical, hands-on logistics tasks.
Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Comfortable using a computer for basic administrative tasks and record-keeping.
In possession of a valid driving licence and their own vehicle.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, order fulfilment, or luxury goods handling is an advantage, but not essential.

Part-time position of approximately 20–25 hours per week (4–5 hours per day, Monday to Friday), depending on daily workload and operational needs.
Initial fixed-term contract of approximately three months, with commencement expected in November 2026. Possibility of contract renewal, subject to operational requirements and satisfactory performance.
A professional and collaborative working environment.
The opportunity to gain experience in the international luxury goods industry.
Practical training and support from our team.
