Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused female colleague to join our close-knit, all-female team in Valletta.

If you love interacting with people, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working with jewellery and handmade gifts, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers with a warm and professional attitude

• Assisting customers in choosing jewellery, gifts, and souvenirs

• Providing product knowledge and personalised recommendations

• Processing cash and card transactions efficiently

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and beautifully presented store

• Restocking items and creating attractive visual displays

• Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and daily store operations

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Italian, French, or Maltese are a strong advantage)

• Friendly, cheerful, and outgoing personality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, trustworthy, and well-organised

• Confident in approaching and engaging with customers

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Currently residing in Malta with a valid right to work (EU Passport holders preferred)

• Previous retail experience is a plus, but passion and the right attitude matter most!
