Commercial Services Manager

Malta University Enterprises Limited, a subsidiary of Malta University Holding Company Limited, provides a range of commercial services to the University, students and the general public. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Services Manager to lead and further develop our commercial activities.

The role

• Manage and develop the Unit’s commercial services, including the 5-a-side football pitches, vending machines, billboards, publishing, merchandising, commercial services provided at graduation ceremonies, and other activities.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Manage budgets, a small team and day-to-day operations.

What we are looking for

• Experience in a managerial role, ideally within a relevant industry.

• Fluency in English required; fluency in Maltese would be considered an asset.

• Strong commercial, organisational, and communication skills.

• The ability to work on own initiative and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• A proactive approach to developing existing activities and identifying new business opportunities.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

The offer

• 3-year contract.

• Full-time.

• €35,000 per annum.
