An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concierge to join Malta Marriott Resort and Spa.

We are seeking a professional Concierge to assist guests with personalised recommendations, reservations, and general inquiries. With strong local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for service, you will ensure each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay that reflects Marriott’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Main Responsibilities

• Be fully proficient in Concierge SOPs and all relevant hotel systems.

• Provide exceptional, personalised service and handle guest inquiries professionally.

• Maintain strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, events, and transportation options.

• Coordinate and confirm reservations, transportation, tours, and special arrangements.

• Build positive relationships with internal departments and approved external partners.

• Keep the concierge desk organised, stocked, and presentable.

• Anticipate guest needs and tailor services accordingly.

• Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities.

• Assist with guest arrivals, VIP preparations, and special requests.

• Manage guest messages, parcels, and deliveries securely.

• Support goals related to guest satisfaction, bonvoy recognition, and service excellence.

• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.

Requirements

• Have previous similar experience within a 5-star hotel environment.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Be able to address guests' needs and demands.

• Have an eye for detail and a smart appearance.

• Be a team player.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
