At Maison Souk, we believe the most interesting homes are collected, not simply decorated. We're an independent interiors boutique bringing together handcrafted rugs, beautiful homeware and distinctive pieces sourced from artisans and workshops around the world. We're passionate about craftsmanship, thoughtful design and finding pieces with character and a story to tell.

We're growing, and we're looking for someone brilliant to grow with us.

The opportunity:

We're looking for a creative, driven and organised individual who loves interiors, enjoys connecting with people and gets excited about bringing ideas to life. You'll be involved in everything from helping customers find the perfect rug to creating beautiful content, styling the boutique and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. It's a hands-on, varied role with plenty of room for initiative, creativity and genuine responsibility.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating a warm, memorable shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships.

• Driving sales, following up on enquiries and managing customer orders.

• Creating photography, Reels and Stories that bring our products and their stories to life.

• Planning social media content and contributing fresh ideas.

• Styling the boutique and keeping our displays inspiring.

• Helping with stock, deliveries and day-to-day operations.

• Is naturally proactive, organised and resourceful.

• Thinks independently, learns quickly and takes ownership of their work.

• Is confident with people and has a natural flair for sales.

• Has a creative eye and enjoys photography, styling and content creation.

• Brings positive energy, fresh ideas and attention to detail.

Experience in retail, sales or content creation is an advantage, but we're just as interested in your attitude, potential and willingness to learn.

Knowledge of Shopify, Zoho, Canva or Photoshop is a bonus. We'll provide training on the systems we use.

Part-time or full-time: 30–40 hours per week, with flexibility for the right person.

Remuneration: Based on experience and capabilities.
