Storekeeper

We are currently looking for a Storekeeper to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Carry out all types of order picking accurately according to approved shop orders.

• Replenish goods to the correct bin locations and maintain organized stock locations.

• Support floor organisation and housekeeping within the assigned warehouse area.

• Process and fill shop returns according to warehouse procedures.

• Follow floor ownership responsibilities for the assigned product category or area.

• Support scanning, packing, and preparation of goods for transfer when assigned.

• Complete assigned weekly and monthly warehouse tasks.

• Handle goods carefully and report damaged, missing or incorrectly located items to the Team Leader.

• Learn the correct picking, replenishment, returns, and housekeeping procedures.

• Ask the Team Leader or senior staff for guidance when unsure about a task.

• Maintain the assigned work area in a clean and organised condition.

Development

• Willing to learn and follow company procedures.

• Develop knowledge of warehouse products, locations, and daily procedures.

• Build the skills required to progress to Grade 2 when the required experience and ability are demonstrated.

General Duties

• Meet all work deadlines as instructed by the direct superior.

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the warehouse.

• Follow company warehouse procedures and instructions at all times.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and operations.

• Perform any other warehouse-related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the direct superior.
