QA Operation Supervisor

Due to the expansion of our operations, we require an immediate employment a QA Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate QA activities on the production floor

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements before release

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and inspection plans

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues

• Train, mentor, and evaluate QA inspectors and technicians

• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams

• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Conduct internal audits and support external audits

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in QA

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and inspection processes

• Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Close attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
