CEO

The Role

As CEO, you will lead Keepmeposted’s day-to-day business with a strong focus on growth, business development, marketing, and operational oversight. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will help shape the company’s direction, grow revenue, strengthen the brand, and ensure the business runs effectively.

This role is suited to a commercially minded leader who is hands-on, practical, and comfortable working in a small business environment. You will work closely with internal leads across finance and technology, while directly driving commercial performance and team alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction and performance of the business

• Drive business development and identify new commercial opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

• Oversee marketing activity to strengthen brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement

• Ensure the business operates efficiently and that teams remain aligned and accountable

• Support the growth of the company through strong commercial thinking and practical execution

• Work closely with internal leads responsible for finance and technology, maintaining oversight and alignment across the business

• Report to the Board on performance, opportunities, and key priorities

About You

• Proven leadership experience in a senior management role

• Strong background in business development, sales, marketing, and operations

• Commercially focused, hands-on, and comfortable taking initiative

• Confident in building relationships and representing the business externally

• Able to work across different areas of a small business with good judgment and accountability

• Experience in recruitment, digital platforms, media, or related sectors would be an advantage

• Financial awareness and the ability to understand business performance metrics
