The Role

As CEO, you will be the driving force behind the strategic vision, operational success, and market growth of Keepmeposted. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will lead the company in achieving its business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth, and fostering a high-performing and engaged team. This role demands a blend of visionary leadership and hands-on management, with a focus on business development and operations.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop, articulate, and execute a clear vision for the company, ensuring alignment with long-term growth goals and market trends.

• Continuously assess the industry landscape, identifying shifts and opportunities to position the company ahead of competitors.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, to ensure alignment on key business strategies and objectives.

• Establish robust mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the company’s performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring that teams remain motivated, empowered, and aligned with the company’s mission and vision.

Business Development and Growth:

• Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and untapped markets.

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry influencers, to strengthen the company’s market presence.

• Design and implement scalable business models that enhance revenue generation and profitability.

• Develop innovative sales strategies to expand the client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Guide marketing efforts to strengthen the brand and drive user engagement.

• Lead efforts to diversify revenue streams through new product offerings, services, or geographic expansion.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the optimisation of internal processes, ensuring the organisation operates efficiently and effectively at all levels.

• Lead the development and implementation of operational systems that support scalability, sustainability, and growth.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Champion a culture of accountability, encouraging teams to meet and exceed performance expectations.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards, safeguarding the company’s reputation and operational integrity.

Team Leadership and Culture:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our in-house and freelance teams.

• Cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent

Financial Stewardship:

• Manage financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Monitor profit margins and resource allocation to maximize profitability.

About You

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in leadership roles, ideally within the digital or recruitment industry.

• Strong experience in business development and operational management.

• Background in human resources is beneficial but not essential.

• Financial acumen and the ability to interpret key financial metrics.
