Index-Linked Annuity Software Engineer

We are seeking a specialised Index-Linked Annuity Software Engineer to join our Malta-based team.

This position requires practical experience developing, maintaining and enhancing complex software applications within the financial technology sector, with particular emphasis on index-linked annuities, guaranteed investment products and financial services business logic.

The successful candidate will work within an experienced software development team responsible for business-critical applications supporting financial compliance, regulatory reporting, trading, accounting, messaging and systems integration.

This role requires relevant financial product knowledge and proven experience delivering production-level solutions in a comparable financial technology environment.

Role Requirements:

• Relevant experience within FinTech or investment-related software development.

• Specific exposure to index-linked annuities, index-linked investment products or guaranteed financial products.

• Experience in financial software applications developed, maintained or supported.

• Ability to contribute to business-critical financial systems.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role of software development within the FinTech, financial services technology or investment products sector.

• Direct, hands-on experience developing or maintaining software applications supporting index-linked annuities, index-linked investment products or comparable guaranteed investment products.

• Experience working with financial applications involving compliance, reporting, trading, accounting, messaging or systems integration.

• Ability to work independently on technically complex assignments while collaborating effectively with financial and technical stakeholders.

• Flexible in working hours.

• Relevant qualifications would be an asset.
