Merchandiser

J&C Pisani Ltd is looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented part-time Merchandiser to join our team and help maintain the visibility and presentation of our leading food brands across retail outlets in Malta.

The role:

The Merchandiser will play an important role in ensuring our products are well-presented, properly stocked, and readily available to customers, while maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring products are attractively displayed, correctly positioned and well-stocked across retail outlets.

• Replenishing shelves, freezers and chilled displays.

• Monitoring stock levels, product freshness and proper stock rotation.

• Maintaining clean, organised and appealing product displays.

• Supporting promotional activities, new product launches and in-store campaigns.

• Building positive working relationships with store managers and retail staff.

• Reporting stock shortages, competitor activities and market feedback to the Sales team.

About you:

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and dependable, with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude. You will enjoy working independently, visiting different retail outlets and ensuring our products are presented to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail or the food distribution industry (FMCG).

• A valid driving licence and own transport.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.

• A flexible, reliable, and hands-on approach to work.
