Computer Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Computer Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior IT staff to repair and troubleshoot computer hardware and software-related issue. A strong understanding of operating systems and hardware components is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT and desktop support via telephone, email, remotely, or on-site.

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

• Respond promptly to user requests for technical assistance and resolve issues in line with established procedures and SLAs.

• Document all technical support activities and update the knowledge base as needed.

• Repair laptops / computers and other related peripherals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A+ IT Technician certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• IT-related diploma or higher certification is desirable.

• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems.

• Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.

• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Valid driving license required.
