Build, nurture, and sustain trusting relationships with clients, offering guidance, reassurance, and support when needed.
Work collaboratively with care and administrative teams to ensure client needs are accurately identified, communicated, and addressed.
Oversee the coordination of client services, including scheduling and follow-through on required documentation.
Monitor client satisfaction, proactively addressing service issues and ensuring concerns are resolved effectively.
Identify patterns or recurring issues and provide constructive feedback to management to support ongoing service improvement.
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold all organisational privacy and data-protection standards.
Key Traits and Competencies
Client-focused and diplomatic: Demonstrates professionalism and composure in challenging or emotionally charged situations.
Adaptable and collaborative: Supports colleagues willingly and adjusts seamlessly to evolving client needs and organisational priorities.
Trust-builder: Capable of fostering authentic, respectful, and confidence-based relationships with clients and families.
Team-aligned: Works harmoniously with administrative and care teams, offering steady, thoughtful, and grounded support.
Emotionally intelligent: Navigates sensitive interactions with empathy and awareness while maintaining emotional balance.
Organised and detail-oriented: Ensures accurate documentation, follow-through, and consistency in all client-related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in client relations, client service, or a similar role (healthcare, community services, or related sectors preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional resilience.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, scheduling systems).
Experience working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
Why Join Us?
This is more than a typical client service role; it is an opportunity to meaningfully contribute to an organisation that truly cares about the people it serves. You will be valued not only for your professional capabilities but also for the positive, steady, and supportive presence you bring to clients and colleagues alike.
