We are excited to announce the opening of our renovated hotel in April 2026. The Santana Hotel and Spa will now include two restaurants and a cafeteria, three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a gym and spa, and a new multipurpose hall including conference facilities.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Operations Manager to join us from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in launching a new property and shaping its service culture from day one.
About the Role
As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance and Guest Services. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence while maintaining a guest-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up operational policies, procedures and service standards
Participate in recruiting, training and onboarding new team members
Overseeing daily operations across front office, housekeeping, Food and Beverage and maintenance
Monitor guest satisfaction and lead service improvement initiatives
Drive operational efficiency and cost control
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards
Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver exceptional service
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with senior management on strategy, staffing, and improvements
Assisting in promoting the hotel and its services
Reporting directly to the CEO
Requirements
Experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or senior hotel supervisor will be considered as an asset
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
