Sales Assistant

We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our pharmacy team on a part-time or full-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in building a career in the healthcare and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with their purchases in a professional and courteous manner

• Providing basic guidance on pharmacy products (training will be provided)

• Handling cash and card transactions accurately

• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are well displayed

• Perform administrative duties, including inputting supplier invoices, reconciling delivery dockets, checking and receiving stock, and ensuring accurate record-keeping

• Supporting the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• A willingness to learn and take initiative

• Good level of English and Maltese language

• Previous retail experience is considered an advantage but not required

• Availability to work both morning and evening shifts (until closing approx. 8 pm), Monday to Saturday on an alternate schedule
