Sales Representative

Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers, staying active and being part of a busy team?

We’re looking for full-time Sales Representatives to join our team at Homemate Mosta.

At Homemate, a Sales Representative does much more than keep shelves stocked. You’ll be on the shop floor helping customers find what they need, offering advice, keeping your section looking its best and working together with your colleagues to create a great shopping experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

As part of our Mosta team, you will:

• Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor;

• Help customers find the right products for their needs;

• Learn about the products in your section so you can offer helpful advice;

• Keep shelves stocked, organised and well presented;

• Make sure pricing and displays are clear and accurate;

• Assist with incoming stock and liaise with colleagues and suppliers when required;

• Work together with the rest of the team to keep the store running smoothly.

Who Are We Looking For?

You could be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy meeting and helping people;

• Have a positive, friendly and approachable attitude;

• Are reliable and enjoy being part of a team;

• Are comfortable working in a busy retail environment;

• Have good communication skills and are fluent in English;

• Are comfortable using basic computer systems;

• Take pride in keeping your work area organised and presentable.

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
