You will lead product and operational advisory engagements for our clients. Working directly with the firm's directors, you will advise client businesses on how their products are planned, prioritised, built and brought to market, and on how their product and delivery organisations are structured to support that.

You will be responsible for the quality and delivery of the advisory work, and for developing the service line as it grows.

What you will do

  • Develop, document and maintain product strategies, product roadmaps and portfolio plans for client businesses

  • Advise on portfolio planning and prioritisation, including product positioning, portfolio balance and release strategy

  • Provide release planning and delivery oversight, covering delivery schedules, production pipelines and delivery predictability

  • Advise on studio structure, organisational design, resourcing models, delivery process and operational frameworks

  • Carry out portfolio and performance analysis, benchmarking and reporting, and present strategic recommendations

  • Advise on market expansion and on the product requirements of regulated markets

  • Coordinate and align client product, commercial, marketing and development workstreams

  • Attend client meetings, calls, workshops and reviews, and prepare written deliverables, reports, schedules and presentations

  • Contribute to the development of the advisory service line, including methodology, and support business development as the practice grows

What we are looking for

  • Substantial senior-level experience in product strategy, product management or product operations within the gaming, technology or digital content sectors

  • A track record of owning a product roadmap or portfolio plan end to end, and of being accountable for its delivery

  • Experience of release planning and of overseeing delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams

  • The ability to advise on how product and delivery organisations should be structured, resourced and run

  • Confidence advising senior stakeholders, and the judgement to give advice that is commercially realistic

  • Experience of, or a clear understanding of, the product requirements of regulated markets

  • Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to produce client-quality written deliverables

  • Eligibility to work in Malta, or eligibility for a Maltese work authorisation

Competitive salary based on experience.
