Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing Gutenberg’s full portfolio of products, including packaging, commercial, and digital printing solutions, directly within the market.

The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and comfortable engaging with clients across various industries, introducing our capabilities, and driving sales through professional consultation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively visit clients and prospects to promote Gutenberg’s products and services.

• Identify new business opportunities within packaging, commercial and digital print divisions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and follow-up.

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

• Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and industry events.

• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing sectors (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with customers.

• A proactive attitude, able to work independently and manage a field-based sales schedule.

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A valid driving licence is required.
